TENANT RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE

Please provide accurate information and photos whenever possible to help us diagnose the issue and reduce delays. Submitting a maintenance request does not guarantee immediate repair.

Maintenance requests are reviewed and prioritized based on urgency and property needs. Tenants may be responsible for repair costs resulting from misuse, neglect, damage, unauthorized alterations, clogged drains caused by tenant use, failure to report issues promptly, damage caused by pets, or other lease violations. If a maintenance visit determines that no repair is needed, access was unavailable, the reported issue cannot be reproduced, or the issue is determined to be tenant responsibility, applicable charges may be assessed in accordance with the lease.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that maintenance personnel may need to inspect the issue before determining responsibility or repair requirements.
